01 Acceptance of Terms

4.5 Platform Fees

jz380 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported MFS methods. 4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jz380 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of up to ৳200 to dormant accounts after prior notification. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any free bet credits that remain unused or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

06 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jz380 are subject to acceptance by the platform. jz380 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference in your betting history.

6.2 Odds and Prices

6.3 Void Bets

Void bets are settled at the original stake value (1.00 odds).

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on jz380 are subject to rapid odds movement. jz380 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event at its discretion, including during key moments such as wicket falls, over completions, or pending video review decisions. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided if the outcome is directly affected by the event triggering the suspension.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

11.2 Balance on Closure

Where account closure is due to breach of these Terms, jz380 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

11.3 Player-Initiated Closure

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jz380's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
